All emails have gone out for the Pledge Manager and things are going relatively well with only a few hiccups.
1. Discs going out of stock. I only had inventory in our warehouse as available through the PM. I just found out that we have several hundred more of each color disc coming with Wave 1, so all the colors are now available. If you REALLY wanted red, blue, orange, or purple and didn't see those colors, you can go back in and modify your order as I won't be locking the completed orders until next week.
2. Local Pickup Option. I apologize to our very local neighbors who plan on coming to the warehouse to pick up their rewards. I forgot to include the local pickup option. This will be remedied Monday as I can't seem to figure our how to do it and will need help from Backerkit.

The Pledge Manager has been approved and will begin to roll out just minutes after this update.
The invite to the Pledge Manager will come from Backerkit. I'm still learning the ins and outs of their system, but everything looks great and don't anticipate any problems.
First thing... a "Smoke Test" will go out to 5% of the backers. This is the regular PM, but is a trial run so that we can see if anything crazy isn't working in it. So, please feel free to drop a comment if something looks out of place. I'll be monitoring these to make any quick changes if necessary.
Once I see a good number of surveys being completed without any crazy emails or comments, I'll hit send on everybody else. This will happen tonight unless something comes up that I can't fix on my own and need Backerkit support.
We need to get everyone to complete the PM fairly quickly, so are asking that everyone complete it by the end of March.
The factory has completed the first wave of boards and is just waiting for we to tell them the mix of where they need to be sent. The carrying cases are also ready to go and will be in the same shipments. I plan on having everything on the water around the beginning of April. If we can do that, Wave 1 rewards should be arriving at your door by the end of June... even with crazy shipping out of China.
Here at Mayday, we are so very grateful for your support of this campaign. Our Crokinole campaigns are some of the highlights of my job. I appreciate working with the factories and answering the questions of our backers. Interacting with you is what keeps this whole thing fun and exciting.

I'm still working on the Pledge Manager. This is the first one I've prepared in Backerkit and I'm suffering through a bit of a learning curve. Long live Crowd Ox! (That's who we have used for the longest time but they were purchased by Backerkit and I'm missing them already.) By the end of today, or tomorrow at the latest, I hope to have the PM submitted to Backerkit for their final review. Once that it done, it will take a few days to make any changes and have everything ready.
Once all is go, we will send out a "smoke test", which randomly sends out the PM to 5% of the backers to ensure that everything is working correctly. If that goes well, it will quickly go out to the rest.
Things are still moving forward and I'll be sending out another update in a few days as the PM is ready to go.
